What information do we collect from the people that use the RFID Cotton Module Scan App?

Any information entered in the app remains on the user’s device and is not automatically shared with us or any third party.  Information entered in the application is only shared when the user explicitly chooses to email a data file from the app.   The app may collect anonymous statistics regarding device type and usage.

How do we use your information?

Anonymous usage statistics may be used to improve the application. Other information you enter in the app remains on the device unless the you choose to share such info with another person or entity of your choosing via email transmission.

Location Usage

Please be advised that when you email or transmit a data file created by the app that your location or past locations may be included in such file.   Your location(s) are not shared by the app with us.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under 13.
